Single origins, proper eggs and bagels, from Tiong Bahru to Joo Chiat.
This list is about the cup and the plate, not the Wi-Fi. Roasters pouring seasonal single origins, a Japanese kissaten, bagels, African brunch and Aussie fry-ups, spread across the city's cafe neighbourhoods. Weekend brunch queues are real: go before 10am or on a weekday.
