Rainy Day Rescue Plans

Singapore rain does not drizzle, it commits. When the 4pm wall of water arrives, skip the taxi queue and duck into one of these: air-conditioned museums, glass-domed gardens, a 24-hour hawker hall and the tallest indoor waterfall on earth. Mostly near Marina Bay.
